Team entry will go live at 8pm Dubai time on Tuesday 16th July.
LOCATION
We are excited to announce that for the third year, the 2024 Dubai TurfFitnessCity Series will be hosted at -
ISD STADIUM, SPORT CITY, DUBAI

KITE BEACH (elite workout)
ISD Stadium, locatedin Sport City, Dubai - this huge facility hasan array offacilities that allow us to test all athletes and to enhance the experience for competitors and spectators alike.
With a large field and track, plus great viewing grandstand, we are looking forward to putting together this years event back at ISD Dubai.
DATES
The Mixed teams of 6 competition will be held on-
- Friday Night Lights 15th November - 5.30pm - 8.15pm (Elite Teams Only)
- Saturday 16th November (All teams)

HEAT START TIMES
Your workout times will be released up to 4 weeks before the competition. On Saturday 16th November, heats will start at ISD at 9am.
TEAMDIVISIONS
This will be a MIXED Teams only comp. Each team will be made up of 6 athletes - 3 males + 3 females.
There will be a choice of 3 Divisions to enter
- Everyday
- Intermediate
- Elite
Please see information below on what you should be able to do in order to take part in each division.
SWIMMING
Intermediate / Everyday Divisions- there will be NO swimming at this years event
Elite Division -there will be a swimming event on the beach in association with the Dubai Fitness Challenge at their Kite Beach location.Minimum4 athletes will need to swim a distance between 60m and 200m.
The exact workout will be released closer to the time. An examplelayout of the beach workoutis below. 2 athletes willwater run out 20m to the first green marker, across 40m to the other green marker, then back into the beach. Athletes will be able to 'water' run this portion of the 'green marker' leg. Second swim is out 40m to first yellow marker, across 40m to next yellow marker, then back into the beach. Final swim is out 50m to the red marker, across 50m to red marker then back into the beach. 2 athletes per team will going around each set of markers.
MOVEMENT STANDARDS
The below weights are assuming you can perform minimum 5-8 reps of each movement.
AKBS = American kettlebell swings / RKBS = Russian kettlebell swings
TTB = Toes to bar / STOH = Shoulder to Overhead.
The list above is aguide onlyand is not exhaustive, thelisted movements may or may not appear in the comp. There may be other movements like - 2/4 person worm movements, different barbell movements plus more, included in the workouts.
Please note there will NOT be, in any division - muscle ups, HSPU, handstand walks, barbell snatch, overhead DB/barbell squats.

COMPETING DAYS
Team entry will go live at 8pm Dubai time on Tuesday 16th July.
FRIDAY NIGHT - 15th
EliteTeams only -Friday Night Lights from 5.30pm until 8.30pm. Doors open at 4.30pm
SATURDAY - 16th - GAME DAY
Doors will open at ISD stadium at 8.00am ready for team check in and warm up.
All teams will be be competing on Saturday 15th November
Elite Teams -
- 8.15am until 9.30am Kite Beach
- 11.00am until 6pm at ISD
Intermediate Teams + Everyday Teams -
- 9.00am until 5.30pm
- If your first heat is 9.00am, your last heat will be finished by 4.05pm
AFTER PARTY
The official Turf Games Dubai After Party will be at Lah Lah at Zabeel on the Greens from 8pm.
COST
Team entry price will be :-
- Elite Teams -$540 USD / Team of 6 ($90 each athlete)
- Intermediate + Everyday teams - $480 USD / team of 6 ($80 each athlete)
PRIZES
We have some big prizes on offer for teams who make the podium at this years team event.
- The Champion Elite Teamwill win $3,600usd cash
- Elite 2nd Place Teamwill win$1,500usd cash
- The ChampionIntermediate + the Champion Everyday Teamwill win prizes from our partners
WHICH DIVISION SHOULD WE ENTER?
Below is an outline of the Everyday, Intermediate and Elite Divisions and guidance on which one you should enter. We ask that you respect these divisions and enter the appropriate one for your team's ability and level of functional fitness. WANT TO BRING YOUR COMMUNITY TO THE TURF?
We want to encourage as many gyms and communities to bring a big crew to compete on the TURF ... we promise it will be the best weekend of fitness and fun you have had! In London and Australia we get gyms entering up to 18 teams for our comps and we know how much of an unreal time they have.
What better way to celebrate your community and all the hard work on the gym floor then on at the Turf DubaiCity Series surrounded by thousands of others cheering you on.
FORMAT
Elite Division- will compete inworkouts both Friday night and Saturday.Workouts will range from 10 minutes to 30 minute time cap workouts and will test all aspects of fitness from strength, power, conditioning and endurance.
Intermediate Divisions + Everyday Division -will compete in4 workouts on Saturday 16th November. These workouts will have test your teamwork ensuring that the team that works together as a cohesive unit, will stand atop the podium.

VOLUNTEERS
Our amazing events would not be what they are without our incredible team of volunteers.Everyone who joins the team over the weekend will receive a Turf Games top, as well as receive drinks, snacks and food all weekend.
