Similar to other pieces of equipment in Fallout 4, there are many different locations where you can find T-60 Power Armor. Some of these locations only grant you a single piece of armor, while in others, you can find an entire suit in perfect condition.
You can also purchase power armor at select locations; some of the pieces even come equipped with specific paint jobs after being bought. Here are the most notable places to find regular T-60 Power Armor.
Join The Brotherhood Of Steel Or Buy Power Armor From Proctor Teagan
Joining the Brotherhood Of Steel faction is one of the easiest ways to acquire a full suit of T-60 Power Armor, as all you need to do to join the faction is complete the quest 'Call To Arms' for Paladin Danse at the Cambridge Police Station. Many Brotherhood Of Steel soldiers also wear T-60 Power Armor, so you can alternatively obtain one from a soldier after defeating them in combat.
Another way to obtain power armor, including a full suit of T-60, is to purchase the individual pieces from Proctor Teagan, the main merchant aboard the Prydwen. However, you'll have to join the Brotherhood Of Steel before you can buy items from Proctor Teagan.
Rowdy At The Atom Cats Garage
Rowdy is another merchant that sells T-60 Power Armor, and this suit comes equipped with an Atom Cats paint job. However, you can only buy individual pieces from Rowdy, and unfortunately, she doesn't always have a full suit of T-60 Armor in stock. The Atom Cats paint job grants you the effect of three percent less AP required for sprinting and +1 Charisma stat if every piece of your armor has this paint job installed.
The Federal Ration Stockpile Location
You can find a free suit of T-60 Power Armor at the Federal Ration Stockpile location. However, it won't be a full suit of armor, so you'll have to purchase any pieces that you don't find with the power armor frame. Even though it isn't a full suit, this armor is worth obtaining if you don't want to join the Brotherhood Of Steel or only need a few extra pieces to complete your suit.
Complete Paladin Danse's Questline

You can also obtain Paladin Danse's T-60 power armor after completing the mission 'Blind Betrayal.' Regardless of whether you let Danse live or die, Elder Maxson will promote you to Paladin and provide you with Paladin Danse's living quarters and everything in it, including his T-60 Power Armor.
Clint At Quincy Ruins
The Gunners have taken over Quincy Ruins. Their leader, Clint, wears a T-51 arms and legs, but a T-60 torso. It means fighting through a lot of Gunners, but if you can get to Clint, you can loot a T-60 torso piece from his corpse.
There's also a Gunner commander at the Bradberton Overpass who wears a T-60 torso piece.
The Rogue Knight In Nuka-World DLC
In the Nuka-World DLC, you can meet an enemy called the Rogue Knight if you complete the mission 'The Grand Tour' and then return to Nuka-Town. You'll be given the option to either fight them or "set them free." If you choose to fight, you can defeat the Rogue Knight for a full set of T-60 armor.
