Can this be made with an alternative sweetener? I don't eat white sugar anymore and would hate to have to buy a big bag for 1/2 c. I do have several types of sweetener to choose from, even honey. Thanks in advance for your response!

did you strain this? and it looks like you used a grinder (for spices or coffee?) not a blender. I would love to try this but I am afraid I will have fibrous chunks of vanilla in my paste 🙁 I was told not to store it in the refrigerator because of condensation that it would ruin the vanilla, and that it should just be stored in the cabinet have you had any issues with condensation?

I didn't strain it. I pureed it again in a blender. My blender had a small jar so i used it. You can use a nutribullet jar to puree it. And for longer storage i preserved it in fridge. I didn't get any problem with that.
