  • Verified monthly net income/assets up to five times or greater than the monthly carrying charges of the regular assessment plus property taxes and fees.
  • Liquid assets between $25,000 and $50,000 depending on the unit purchased. Liquid assets do not include assets being used to purchase the unit.
  • Verified methods for monthly income/assets may include but are not limited to three years of:
      • Federal Tax returns
      • 1099s for interest and dividends
      • 1099-Rs for retirement income from qualified plans and annuities
      • SSA-1099 Social Security Benefit Statement
      • Brokerage statements and current interim statement
      • Brokerage statement for interest dividends rolled over
      • Bank, credit union and /or investment account statements from a U.S. bank
      • W-2 forms or paycheck stubs
      • Trust Income
      • Disability Income
      • Residential/Commercial Property rental income
  • Assets must be from a U.S. institution and have been open for at least 180 days. Income requirements and verification methods are subject to change depending on the unit purchased.
